Guidelines for In-Home Pet Euthanasia Services

    Availability

While we can often attend to same-day appointment requests and do our absolute best to accommodate emergency appointments, it is not always possible for us to arrive the same-day. When possible, scheduling at least 24-48 hours in advance is recommended to have the most flexibility. Appointments 6PM or later may be available with prior arrangements for an additional fee. Please contact us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your desired date/time.  Thank you for your understanding.

    Cancellation Policy

Due to the delicate nature of the services we provide, we do not charge a fee for appointment cancellation or changes. However, if you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible. A last minute cancellation may prohibit us from helping another family in need.

    Payment Options

Payment is due at the time services are provided. We accept cash, personal check, Venmo and all major credit cards. Checks can be made out to “TLC In Home Vet”. A prepayment link will be sent the morning of the appointment to the email on file (check spam if it doesn’t show in your inbox) and can be utilized if you would prefer to pay by credit card in advance.  If you need to cancel your appointment (and have paid via credit card), please note there is a 3.5% credit card processing fee that is non-refundable. We do not accept CareCredit, but do accept Scratchpay.
